Community Involvement

Sterling Bank has a long history of community involvement. From funding scholarships to supporting our local schools and civic groups, we believe in supporting the places we live in and the organizations that serve our communities.

Sterling Bank Scholarships

Sterling Bank annually provides $12,000 in scholarship funding to local high school graduates. Working with scholarship committees and guidance departments in our four branch locations, we’ve awarded $180,000 to students seeking post-high school education in the past 15 years.

Students graduating from Barron, Chetek/Weyerhaeuser, Luck and Rice Lake High Schools are currently eligible. For more information about this opportunity, contact the guidance department at these local schools.
